Data deletion: If you wish to have your data deleted before the end of your subscription period or the 60-day retention period, please contact our customer support team. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.
Data backup: We will perform regular backups of your data to ensure that it is not lost due to system failures or other issues. These backups will be retained for a period of 90 days.
Data security: We take the security of your data seriously and have implemented various measures to protect it from unauthorized access, including encryption, access controls, and monitoring.
Legal obligations: We may retain your data for longer periods of time if required by law or if necessary to defend against legal claims.
